Voip.com customer satisfaction |
A customer posted in voip.com forum that he had a happy personal experience with Voip.com. He claimed that voip.com's tech support was commendable as they assisted him in getting his line up although it was no fault of theirs. Tech support had spent time on the phone, each time offering helpful advice and creative options. When it was discovered that it was a defective telephone adaptor, voip.com immediately shipped me out a new device. According to the user, tech support also recommended a different router. He claims that it is all working fine now.
